A New Color in Over Dyed Wool for Rug Hooking and Applique,"Christmas Crimson"

Just Recently I joined the Dye Studio on Rug Hookers Daily,I was so inspired by the gorgeous dyed wool that the other members were making that I decide to get started and make some of my own.So far I have experimented with 4 different colors and all of them turned out much better than I expected for my first try.

I recently joined The Dye Studio on Rug Hooking Daily,I was so inspired by the beautiful wool that was hand dyed by the other members.I had plans to try this already and even had my collection of different wool fabrics and Jacquard acid dyes,the Dye Studio group gave me the incentive to spread my wings and give it a try.

This collection of primitive orange wool was one of my first attempts,I was having so much fun at this point that I decided to do a few more colors.More photos to follow.
